At the rodeo...
Blaze-his pony
The highlight of our summer in our county seems to be rodeo and fair time. So...we headed out last Saturday to watch the rodeo. Luke was very interested in everything else going on around the bleachers. It was really hard for him to sit still. He definitely paid attention to the bull riding though. That must have had enough excitement for him.
On Tuesday we took him to the fair. His favorite part was riding the pony. He said his was named Blaze. (That's because our friend has a horse with that name.) He had fun on all the rides and even could go on some by himself this year. There was a mini-roller coaster and Blaine put him in the front seat. I think that freaked him out a little, but he was brave about it. I can tell he takes after me with rides rather than Blaine. He would have been screaming on that little roller coaster.
